Removal

  1. To remove separate elements as numbering. At first to take out the screw-driver of a spring of fastening-1-and-2-, considering at the same time adjusting situation. Then to beat out pins of fastening-3-by means of the hammer and a drift or nailing.

To replace slabosidyashchy pins of fastening.

  1. To take out brake shoes and intermediate (protivoskripny) plates by means of nippers, the screw-driver or a shock stripper. If blocks rusted, the special stripper is necessary (for example, HAZET).

Installation

At the removed brake shoes not to press a brake pedal, otherwise the piston will be squeezed out from the case.

  1. To clear the directing surfaces and places of landing of blocks in the mine of the case a suitable soft metal brush or to wipe with a rag with alcohol. Not to apply the solvents or tools containing mineral oils with keen edges.
