Coloring

That there were no problems when coloring, to apply "Primer" of the same manufacturer put before coloring, as aerosol package of paint. Otherwise paint will bubble and screw up the face.

It is recommended to try paint on some suitable metal, for example on an old wing.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. For painting the place of coloring has to be dry and not dusty. At an opportunity to blow compressed air.
  2. For collecting dust to humidify a floor.
  3. To wipe the place of repair with a surrounding surface a silicone eliminator Even more best stickiness of paint will provide wiping of the cleared surface with bessilikonovy polishing paste.
  4. Before the use it is strong to stir up within 2-3 minutes aerosol package with paint, otherwise on metal paint smudges will be formed.
  5. At application of a varnish of Metallic to sprinkle a little paint on a cardboard for elimination of the metal particles which settled in a tube.
  1. The big areas, both horizontal, and vertical become covered by "religious procession": Begin coloring out of the painted area and also change the direction of the movement of the painting cone out of a surface.
  1. To spray small surfaces on a spiral outside inside to eliminate an unnecessary big cloud of paint.
  2. To conduct aerosol package with a constant speed and at identical distance from the painted surface. Correct distance about 25 cm.
  3. If it is necessary to provide whenever possible without noticeable transition a covering of the intact paint: It best of all works well if coloring to carry out not less than for four passes. At each subsequent pass to expand putting paint on two-three centimeters.

If coloring is conducted from a very short distance or the movement too slowly or has changeable speed, there are so-called flows of paint. It means that in some places there is a paint running off as there for once too much paint accumulated. The same occurs when change of the direction of the movement is made over the painted surface.

  1. To repeat process of coloring with approximately 5-minute breaks for volatilization of solvents it is so much until the paint coat becomes sufficient. With between passes of painting it is constant to Lach to stir up Metallic that did not settle a metal particle.

When coloring by a varnish of Metallic it is very difficult to receive coincidence of color. Pigmentation (distribution of particles of aluminum) happens better when spraying from distance not of 25, but 30 cm. There are receptions on alignment of flowers: The slow movement of a hand and by that fatter drawing a varnish gives more dark tone, and at a bystry covering the varnish seems to lighter.

  1. When coloring by Metallic varnish the soil varnish coat of Metallic becomes covered by a colourless varnish, only after that the varnish of Metallic receives the characteristic luster. Coloring is made by also thin layer for three-four passes with keeping of pauses several minutes. Before the first pass the soil varnish has to disappear not less than thirty minutes. The colourless varnish has to block a surface not less, than on palm width for what in advance respectively to move protective paper.
  2. To devastate aerosol package for what to turn it and to sprinkle to a full exit of paint.
  3. At once upon termination of coloring to remove protective paper. If not to make it, the paint which got on paper can get on a body surface.
  4. To dry the painted surface. Process of drying can be accelerated by means of a drying or strong photographic bulb.

Not to use heaters with the fan, at the same time the rising particles of dust are besieged on fresh paint.

  1. After paint drying, through not less, than 48 hours are careful to remove a paint raid from boundary surfaces with soft polishing means. At the same time to polish by the longitudinal size of the car.
