Antifrizny concentrate

At the plant the cooling system is filled with mix of water and an antifrizny anticorrosive concentrate. The concentrate prevents damages of system because of freezing and corrosion and besides lifts a liquid boiling point. Therefore the cooling system has to be all the year round filled with antifrizny and anticorrosive cooling liquid.

It is necessary to apply only company liquid on an etilenglikolevy basis with anticorrosive properties. The concentrate has to be compatible to aluminum details. It is impossible to use the cooling concentrate on a spirit basis.

As eventually an anticorrosive part of cooling liquid loses the influence, cooling liquid has to be replaced within maintenance, see the Section Technology of Service, tools and the equipment of a workplace. Also cooling liquid has to be replaced when replacing aluminum details, for example, of a head of cylinders.

For achievement of a proper correlation of a concentrate and water it is necessary to consider data of the producer. At the latitude of Germany frost resistance has to be to -20 °C.

The concentrate has to mix up with the demineralizirovanny or distilled water.
