Removal of system in a set will be described. However each detail of final system can be replaced separately. It is obligatory to replace rubber buffers and laying, and also fastening nuts.



  1. To lift the car.
  2. To cover all bolts and nuts of final system, and also the place of connections with the means corroding a rust. To wait some time until means works.
  3. To weaken flange bolts on the back muffler and to shift back.
  4. To disconnect the back muffler from rubber fastening and to remove.
  5. To unscrew an average exhaust pipe, to disconnect a rubber support and to remove.

Not to subject the catalyst to impact of blows at removal and installation as it can be damaged because of it. Not to allow falling and not to strike blows with the hammer.

  1. To unscrew a reception pipe of the muffler from a final collector.


For simplification of weakening of bolts and nuts of the exhaust system further it is recommended to cover them with high-temperature paste, for example Liqui Moly LM-508-ASC.


  1. If the pipes of the exhaust system which were in the use are established, before connection it is necessary to clear the ends of pipes of the deposit remains an emery paper.

The exhaust system at models with the catalyst has to be especially tight. Therefore all consolidations have to be replaced new, otherwise shortcomings of dynamic characteristics will appear.

  1. To establish a reception pipe of the muffler on a final collector and to evenly tighten new nuts, without tightening still finally.
  2. To screw together exhaust pipes and mufflers.
  3. Before an inhaling of bolts to level pipes and mufflers and to attach to rubber fastenings. To watch at the same time sufficient distance to the bottom (at least 25 mm).
  4. To tighten fastening flanges in front back with the ordered inhaling moments.

Not to tighten bolts too strongly, otherwise laying will be flattened that will result in leakage.
